Aced Prep is operated by Aced Empire LLC. Questions about this policy or your information may be sent to david@aced.dev.

• Account information: name, email address, confirmation status, and an internal user identifier.
• Course and purchase information: enrollments, App Store product and entitlement status, and transaction identifiers needed to verify or restore access. We do not receive full payment-card details from Apple.
• Study activity: flashcard reviews, bookmarks, practice answers and attempts, scores, exam date, study preferences, and synchronization checkpoints.
• Product interaction: app and build version, operating-system version, screen or feature events, course and release identifiers, timestamps, and a temporary app-session identifier.
• Support communications: the information you choose to include when contacting support.

We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver purchased or enrolled courses, synchronize and restore study progress, process diagnostics and practice exams, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the service, understand feature performance, and maintain accurate course releases.

Apple processes App Store purchases and optional iCloud backups. RevenueCat helps verify purchase entitlements. Hosting, authentication, database, email, and monitoring providers process information only to operate Aced Prep. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.

We do not sell personal information, serve third-party advertisements, or use cross-app advertising tracking.

Study data may be stored on the device, in the learner account, and—when enabled—inside the learner's private iCloud account. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and other administrative and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Account and study information is retained while needed to provide the service. Deleting an account removes associated server-side learner data. Limited transaction, security, and audit records may be retained when required for financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal obligations.

You can update profile information, change your password, export or reset local study progress, control optional iCloud sync, restore App Store purchases, and permanently delete the learner account from the Account section of the app. You may also contact us to request access or correction where applicable law provides that right.

Aced Prep is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
