Terms of Use

Aced Prep is an independent educational study aid operated by Aced Empire LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of any licensing authority, exam administrator, testing vendor, or reference-book publisher. Official bulletins, laws, regulations, appointment instructions, and source publications control if they conflict with the app.

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You may use the service only for personal, lawful exam preparation. You may not share access, scrape or redistribute course content, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the material to create a competing question bank.

Some content is free and some requires enrollment or an in-app purchase. A non-consumable purchase grants the purchasing learner account access to the identified course offering, subject to these terms and continued availability of the service. It does not transfer ownership of the content or grant access to unrelated future courses.

Apple processes in-app billing, taxes, refunds, and payment credentials under Apple's terms. Use Restore Purchases in the app when moving devices or reinstalling.

We review and update course releases, but laws, exam rules, references, and test content may change. Practice scores are estimates for study purposes only. We do not promise that a learner will pass an exam, obtain a license, or receive any professional or financial result.

The app, original questions, explanations, design, software, and course organization are owned by or licensed to Aced Empire LLC and are protected by applicable law. Source titles, agency names, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or citation.

We may correct content, release updates, suspend features for security or maintenance, or restrict an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the service or delete your account from the app. Certain transaction and audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Aced Empire LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to david@aced.dev.
