Email david@aced.dev with the email address on your learner account, the course name, and a brief description of the issue.
Do not send passwords, Apple ID credentials, full payment details, or authentication codes.
Restore a purchase
- Sign in to the same Aced Prep learner account used for the course.
- Confirm the device uses the Apple ID that made the purchase.
- Open Account, select Restore App Store purchases, then check access status.
Apple handles billing and refunds. Aced Prep verifies the App Store transaction before granting course access.
Manage or delete your account
Open Account in the app to change your name or password, review course access, export study data, or permanently delete the learner account. Account deletion removes the learner profile and associated server-side study data, subject to limited legal and fraud-prevention retention.
